Woke up way beyond my normal time to go and watch the CNY concert in school, which by the way was not awesome at all. But seeing some other people was quite heartwarming. I didn't realise I really missed most of my schoolmates and the teachers. Awh. Okay plus the juniors.

RAZY WAS ACTUALLY RESERVED TO BE MY LUNCH PARTNER. >:

Lunch (early lunch actually) was supposed to be at Bedok Point! I was so friggin' disappointed. There are many food places there BUT, too little seats. I was craving for Pastamania and it was fullhouse. So we roamed around and wanted to eat at Arnold's but it was also packed. @#$@% !!!!

So we (Nath, Shirlyn, Amelia and I) changed destination. To Tampines we went. HAD MA PASTAMANIA AND I WAS A HAPPY HAPPY PERSON. :D

The Fall of Granada, Spain and 1st April - APRIL FOOL

In Spain, after centuries of Muslim rule*, the Moors were

overwhelmed by the Christian Army. However, the Moors were

fortified in their homes. The Christian armies wanted to get rid

of the Muslims somehow. They told the Muslims that they could

leave their homes safely and could take only the necessary things

from their homes. They were told they could sail away in the

ships anchored on the quay side. The Muslims did wonder if this

ploy was a trick. The Muslims were requested to go to the quay

side to check the ships. They did so and were convinced. They

then made preparations to leave. The next day, 1st April, they

took their essential belongings and walked towards the quay side.

The Christians looted their homes and then set fire to them.

Before the Muslims got to the ships, the Christians had set fire

to the ships as well. The Christians then attacked the Muslims

and killed them all:

men, women and children. They then celebrated this carnage.

This then became a ritual that was celebrated every year and that has

been carried on until this day not only in Spain but in other

countries, too. The Muslims celebrate 1st April as well as

playing jokes on others on this day through sheer ignorance of

the story. We should bring out the facts of the story to all in

order to put a stop to the practice of celebrating this bloody

and shameful episode.

Bottom line: Don't celebrate April's fool, you fool.

Ringkasnya, baginda SAW akan ;Beri salam dengan ucapan -

“Assalamualaikum” dan…Jawab salam - “Waalaikumussalam warahmatulallahi wabarakatuh”

Lagi satu, perlu diingatkan juga semasa menjawab salam,saya dengar ramai orang jawab salam dengan ucapan yang tidak tepat.

Jawab salam yang betul ialah ;

“WAALAI KUMUS SALAM” dan bukannya yang selalu saya dengar iaitu ;

“WAALAI KUM SALAM”

Apabila kita ingin berkirim salam pada orang lain, hendaklah kita berkata “Kirim salam, assalamualaikum pada ASHREE ye” contoh lerr… Dan bukannya : “Kirim salam kat ASHREE yer”

Dan jangan pula memandai-mandai tambah perkataan seperti ” Ko tolong kirim salam maut kat dia yer“.

Statement ini walaupun dalam nada bergurau, tapi ia adalah menyalahi syariat dan berdosa, walaupun sekadar gurauan!

Selain itu, janganlah kita menggantikan perkataan “Assalamualaikum” dengan “A’kum” dalam sms atau apa sekalipun melalui tulisan.

Jika perkataan “Assalamualaikum” itu panjang, maka hendaklah kita ganti dengan perkataan “As Salam” yang membawa maksud sama dengan “Assalamualaikum”.

Sesama lah kita memberitahu member-member yang selalu sangat guna shortform “A’kum” dalam sms ataupun email. Perkataan ‘AKUM‘ adalah gelaran untuk orang-orang Yahudi untuk orang-orang bukan yahudi yang bermaksud

‘BINATANG‘ dalam Bahasa Ibrani.

Ia singkatan daripada perkataan ‘Avde Kokhavim U Mazzalot’ yang bermaksud 'HAMBA-HAMBA BINATANG DAN ORANG-ORANG SESAT‘.
